In order to use Google Calendar on your Samsung device, you'll need to add your Google account to your Accounts and enable the Sync Calendar Function. Here you can find the steps on how to do this.
Adding an account to Samsung Accounts.
- Navigate to the Account tab in settings ( Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > General tab > Accounts.)
- Click on Add Account and Select Google
- Tap on Existing account and login with your Google Account.
- Review the Terms and tap OK to start syncing your Google Email, Contacts, Calendar, and more.
Enable the Sync Calendar Function.
- Navigate to the Account tab in settings ( Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > General tab > Accounts.)
- Tap on the Google Account that contains the desired Calendar.
- Tap Sync Calendar to mark the checkbox. Your device will immediately begin synchronizing the calendar
- Tap on Back to exit the sync settings screen.
- Your Calendar is now linked.
NOTE: We only transfer duties from your last uploaded duty roster into the Google Calendar due to limitations on Google Calendar API's.
