Our Team

We are a team of enthusiastic IT nerds and aviation lovers. Our head office is in the Netherlands (close to AMS and RTM). We support over 300k airline crew which are working for all major and most smaller airlines around the globe.


The Help Center

You're now looking at our Help Center. Please feel free to browse around a little. In this section you can find the answers to the most frequently asked questions. There are also documents in the Knowledge Base sections that describe how you can perform actions like sharing a calendar and exporting you roster to a logbook.

You can also search for keywords using the Search Bar, or ask fellow users for solutions to problems. Please be sure to check out our Twitter and Facebook page for more information!

 

I can't find the answer to my questions what now?

When you can't find a solution or need some help, you can submit a request by clicking the button in the top right. When you submit a request try to do this as detailed as possible. This would helping solving your issue quicker.

Our support hours are: 6:00 Zulu to 15:00 Zulu

Please be aware that for now, our Support team is not available on the weekends. Therefore, if you raise a query on Friday, we will likely respond on Monday.
