My airline is not supported?

It depends on what format your rosters appear in. If your company uses AIMS or CMS, then you may be able to upload your roster using the generic AIMS and CMS support (see the website for information).

If not, then please get in touch with some sample rosters, and we will let you know whether we might be able to support you. If you continue down to the bottom of the page, and go to the 'answer a question' area, please send us a question, attaching samples in PDF, TXT, CSV etc. If you get your roster from a web page, then please send us the page 'source' (right click, view source), as well as a screenshot of the page itself. For information on how to take a screenshot, please see the FAQ in 'general support'.
