My username and password changed?

If your username and password changed on the Crew Portal you should also adjust them in RosterBuster App. The airline username and password to access the crew portal are stored on your personal device only.

To reset the username and password please follow these steps.

- go to menu More > Account > Reset Saved Data,
This will delete the company username and password from the device.

After this you need to put the credentials in again to connect via the regular download wizard > Profile > Download Latest Roster.

That should do the trick. And remember each time the password changes you need also to change the password in RosterBuster via these steps.
