You can change your airline, job type or home base in your profile at any time in the app and on the website. If your new airline, your job title or base isn't in the select list, please let us know, as we would like to see if we can add support for your airline or add the job title and/or home base.
To change the airline in your profile please follow these steps in the app:
1. Go to the home tab
2. Tap on the airline name which is currently set in your account
3. This will show a select list of supported airlines.
4. Select the airline you're working for and tap save
After you have changed the airline in your profile please reset your local saved data. For this please follow these steps.
- Go to More
- Go to Account
- Click on Reset Saved Data.
Please contact support if your airline isn't currently supported.
To change your airline, job type or home base through the website please follow these steps:
1 Login to the website
2 Go to settings
3 Click on the airline name, job title or home base shown
4 Click on the airline name, job title or home base you want to switch to
5 Click save on the bottom of the page.
