I just renewed my subscription - I was charged 27.00 I thought it was only 12.99 a year? Please comply
I just renewed my subscription and my airline made some slight changes to the roster export format. I've send numerous emails to RB support with ZERO replies. Is the new policy to just stop supporting this product. If so can I get a refund?
