What can I do when I forget my password?

On the login screen of the app, you can find a link 'forgot password'. Tapping this link will bring you to the RosterBuster mobile website. Here you can request a new password. Since RB Logbook uses the same RB account as RosterBuster, the password recovery uses the same steps.

In order to reset your password, your e-mail address must be valid. If this is not the case, please contact customer support.
