    This e-mail is not working.

    I wrote on dec/18:

    "Hello team!
    I need help.
    I am a premium user, but for some reason, my app doesn’t allows me to use the premium resources."
     
    No support at all.

    I've written in multiple times with one answer and it was not helpful.  0/10 would not recommend this app.

    Yep it took 3 months for them to correct the subscription issue for me and in the mean time they removed the Acars feature and when i requested a refund they ignored me.
