Export: how to make a backup of your data in RB Logbook

RB Logbook stores your data in the cloud safely and securely. But in case want to make a backup of your data, this is possible too. There are two export options available in RB Logbook, that have different purposes.

Export to JSON

JSON export can be used if you want to export RB Logbook data to other apps, e.g. if you are a developer and want to have the raw data. Note that the JSON export cannot be re-imported into RB Logbook.

Export to CSV

The CSV export is useful if you want to backup your data and re-import it, or if you want to export your data to another logbook. We recommend using this export option if you need a backup of your data on a local device.

If you want to re-import the CSV, go to More -> Import & Export -> Import Logbooks.
