To import your airline duty roster into RB Logbook, buckle up and download the RosterBuster app (IOS and Android). It's like the air traffic controller for duty roster formats, serving 525 airlines worldwide. Once you've got both apps on board, your flights will sync and pop up in RB Logbook like magic.

How to enable the Sync?

1. Open RB Logbook
2. Go to More
3. Select 'Import & Export'
4. Select 'RosterBuster'
5. Click 'Connect Now'
6. You will be redirected to RosterBuster where you can choose your Sync options!

To sync Roster Buster with RB Logbook, you have two options:

• Manual Sync
• Automatic Sync

How does Automatic Sync work?

Automatic Sync is a convenient feature that automatically adds flights from Roster Buster to RB Logbook. With Automatic Sync, only flights scheduled to occur within the upcoming 2 hours will be added to your Logbook.

Once you enable Automatic Sync in RB Logbook and authorize the necessary permissions, the app will periodically check your RosterBuster schedule. Any flights that are scheduled to occur within the next 2 hours will be automatically synced and added to your Logbook. This ensures that your Logbook remains up to date without requiring manual intervention.

What are the advantages of using Automatic Sync?

Automatic Sync saves you time and effort by seamlessly integrating your RosterBuster flights into RB Logbook. You can rely on the app to automatically capture flights scheduled in the near future, providing an accurate and timely record of your flight history.

Can I choose which flights to sync with Automatic Sync?

With Automatic Sync, RB Logbook automatically determines which flights to add based on their proximity to the current time. It syncs flights occurring within the upcoming 2 hours. However, you have the flexibility to adjust (edit or manually remove flights) if necessary on RB Logbook once the sync is completed.

What is Manual Sync?

Manual Sync is an alternative syncing option that allows you to manually select the period of time you want to export from RosterBuster to RB Logbook.

To perform a Manual Sync, you can choose the specific period of time for which you want to export flights from RosterBuster to RB Logbook. Simply select the desired start and end dates within RB Logbook, and it will retrieve and add the corresponding flights from RosterBuster to your Logbook.
