Auto-forward email with Gmail

See below instructions on how to set up auto-forward email roster.

  1. Go to Settings in Gmail.
  2. Go to the forwarding a POP/IMAP tab.
  3. Select Add new email address under forwarding a copy of incoming mail to.
  4. Enter the address: import@rosterbuster.com
  5. Click Next.
  6. Now click OK under A confirmation code has been sent to verify permission
  7. The confirmation code will be sent to the import@rosterbuster.com email address. We will manually forward this email to you (this might take a few days).
  8. Open the confirmation link from the email.
  9. Close the Confirmation Success! Gmail window.
  10. Back in Gmail settings, go to the Filters tab.
  11. Click Create a new filter at the bottom.
  12. Under Choose search criteria set under From the email address, you receive your roster from.
  13.  Click Next Step ››
  14.  Make sure Forward it to: is checked.
  15. Select import@rosterbuster.com to receive the forwarded emails under forwarding it to. Click Create Filter
