If you are trying to export to Crew Alert and, after touching on the roster you want to export, you are getting an error message saying that Safari can’t open the server/file requested, then it normally means the app (CrewAlert) isn’t installed properly. You can test this easily, please open up Safari (web browser), and type in this as a web address: crewalert://test
Crewalert should open up. If not, you may wish to re-install the app (having taken any necessary backups), which normally fixes the issue.
If not, then you may wish to contact CrewAlert, stating that “the URL schema is not being recognized in safari” (they will know what you mean!).
