To export CSV files correctly you have to first set the timezone to something else than local. You can use the following steps to change this timezone.
1) Login into your RB account via de website
2) Tap "Settings" > "Events" > set "Timezone" to something other than local
3) When you tap the "events" button to export the CSV file.
You should now be able to see your downloaded roster correctly.
