LogTen Pro and LogTen Pro X

You can conveniently export your roster to Logten Pro and Logten Pro X using RosterBuster. We have set up a seamless integration between our apps. To export to Logten Pro or Logten Pro X just follow the steps below.

1. Open Roster Buster App (iOS)
2. Go to More (bottom right-hand corner) -> Export
   
3. Select Export to Logten (Pro or X)
   
4. Now select the desired time period, events and duty types to export
5. We automatically open Logten Pro or Logten Pro X and your events are imported
   

Troubleshooting

Error in LogTen

If LogTen responds with an 'Invalid API Request', check your events in RosterBuster. Maybe they have invalid dates. Also, try to disable automatic crew export in settings.

Events not loading

1. If you are still using an old version of Logten and iOS 9, export will not work. Upgrade your iOS to the latest version to fix the issue.
2. Clear your browser history and website data.
3. Make sure that you are not using Safari in private mode. Check out the screenshots below to learn if this is the case and how to disable it in Safari, or read the following Apple knowledge base article: https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT203036.
